New "Period End Date Flag" field to Repayment History Information and Financial Hardship segment. Indicates if the reported RHI-FHI Period ends in the calendar month of the reported period, or the next calendar month.
New "Address Line" fields to Account Holder segment to allow for semi-formatted addresses to be reported.
If no change has been made to Account Holder segment, then it is not mandatory for regular submissions.
