Experian Data Quality for SAP validates address data for more than 240 countries at the point of capture ‒ cutting manual data-management time and increasing process efficiency.
Users enter the address data at the point of entry, into the SAP screens, which is checked against the reference data available for that country. The address is then verified, completed, and returned to the screen. If an address is not verified in the first instance, users can search for an select the correct final address from the list provided.
When integrated with SAP, the solution leverages SAP Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) to trigger real-time address validation within the Business Address Services (BAS) areas.
