Experian Data Quality for SAP validates address data for more than 240 countries at the point of capture as well as for data already existing in your database ‒ cutting manual data-management time and increasing process efficiency.
Users enter the address data they have available, which is checked against the reference data available for that country. The address is then verified, completed, and returned to the screen. If an address is not verified in the first instance, users can search for and select the correct final address from the list provided.
When integrated with SAP ECC 6, the solution leverages SAP Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) to trigger real-time address validation within the Business Address Services (BAS) areas. And the Batch Mode Address Cleansing functionality will correct any inaccuracies, while leveraging the Quarterly Adjustment workflow, which ensures data is continually kept up to date.
