In v1.24.0 a beta version of a configuration diagnostics tool has been introduced to help customers identify and fix issues with their configuration. Currently the tool can look for issues relating to:
Access and use the tool as follows:
Click on App Launcher. Type EDQ Global Settings in the Quick Find box, and select it.
Select the Configuration diagnostics tab.
Review the status of the previous scan, if present, or start a new scan by clicking the Start Diagnostic Scan button.
Accept the confirmation and the scan will begin.
The cards will be updated to show either a pass (green) or failure (red) icon and can be expanded to display further details on any issues found and how to resolve them.
In addition, the action row of each card contains quick links to where the item can be configured and also to the relevant user documentation.
