Import, upgrade or uninstall

Install or Upgrade

To download our solution:

  1. Open the email you will have received from Experian.
  2. Follow the instructions in this email to access and download the Experian Data Quality for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution files onto your local drive.

To import/upgrade the solution files:

  1. Log in.
  2. Select Solutions in the left panel.
  3. Select Import in the top panel.
  4. Click Browse and select the Experian Data Quality for Microsoft Dynamics 365 zip file on your computer.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Click Import.

  2. Select Advanced settings in the settings dropdown menu to the top right.
  3. Click the arrow next to settings on the left hand side of in the Main dashboard, and then click Solutions under the Customization sub-menu.

  4. Click Import in the top bar of the All Solutions window.
  5. Click Choose file in the Import Solution pop-up window and select the Experian Data Quality for Microsoft Dynamics 365 zip file on your computer.
  6. Click Open.
  7. Click Next and then click Import to begin the import process.
  8. Click Close once this is complete.

Uninstall

To delete the solution via:

  1. Log in.
  2. Select Solutions in the left panel.
  3. Click the tick next to the solution (i.e. Experian Data Quality for Microsoft Dynamics 365) you want to delete from the list.
  4. Click Delete in the top panel.
  5. Click Delete in the pop up window to confirm deletion.

  2. Select Advanced settings in the settings dropdown menu to the top right.
  3. Click the arrow next to settings on the left hand side of in the Main dashboard, and then click Solutions under the Customization sub-menu.

  4. Click the box next to the solution (i.e. Experian Data Quality for Microsoft Dynamics 365) you want to delete from the list.
  5. Click Delete (the cross icon in the top panel of the All Solutions page).
  6. Click OK to confirm deletion.
