Aperture Data Studio offers a workflow designer that enables continuous data quality and monitoring in a production environment. It also helps automate data preparation and ensures data quality for analytics and BI projects. Furthermore, Aperture Data Studio is data agnostic and provides insight quickly, irrespective of where the source data lives.
Aperture Data Studio is a high performance self-contained web-based application for data management. It runs on most Java-compliant operating systems on commodity hardware. Data Studio takes full advantage of 64-bit architectures, is multi-threaded and linearly scalable.
View technical recommendations before installation. Note that your setup requirements will depend on the size of your data and Aperture Data Studio usage.
Download and install the latest version.
Once the installation is complete, go to http://localhost:7701/apps/aperture-data-studio/index.html
or use the shortcut on your desktop. Note that it may take a minute for the service to start.
Log in with your username/password. By default, a single user with administrative rights is available. To log in as this user, enter administrator/administrator (you'll be prompted to change the password).
Paste or enter your license key(s). If you don't have any, click Request license and follow the instructions.

If you intend to connect Excel, Tableau or other reporting tools to Data Studio, you will also have to install ODBC drivers on client machines.
