Requests are sent to Clean Web Service using the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), and responses are sent back in the same way.
SOAP messages use the XML document format and are sent over HTTP (Clean Web Service uses HTTPS for secure communication).
To use Clean Web Service, you will require an understanding of SOAP as well as the ability to parse the address information from your existing contact database into the required SOAP formatting.
